How do I process a return? (USA)

To process a return follow these steps:

1. Open the return portal: https://slowtide.returnly.com

2. Enter order number (no uses of # or ST needed) and zip code 

*if you do not have the order number, you can always click the option to enter in the email address used when making the order.

3. Select which product/s you'd like to return by scrolling over each item and selecting the check box "changed mind"

4. Select "go to exchange summary" bar at the bottom of the screen

5. Add in any feedback to the comments box (if not applicable, just enter in N/A)

6. Select "complete your return" 

7. Print return label and apply to order package

8. Mail back package

9. All done!

Once the package is delivered back to our warehouse and inspected, the refund will be initiated. Until then, there will be a temporary refund voucher available to use with the available credit.
