How can I change my shipping address?

We are only able to change shipping addresses of orders that have not been shipped yet. If you need to change your order shipping address before it ships please do the following: 

Visit our Order Status page to see if your order has shipped yet. If it hasn't, then you will be able to update the address. 

Reach out to hello@slowtide.co and provide the order ID number along with the new shipping address you'd like your order to be updated with.
