My tracking hasn't updated

Due to the events of COVID-19, we have been seeing a lot of delays on all of our packages lately. USPS seems to be backed up which is causing packages to sit in “transit” for long periods of time. We are typically seeing these times to be up to 8-15 days. It is normal that your package is taking longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
