How does Returnly Instant Credit work?

Once a return is initiated and completed, you will be given a chance to use a store credit right away. This store credit is provided at the end of the returns process to place an exchange order immediately. 

If you would like to use this credit, a unique code will be provided to you at the end of the returns process and it will also be emailed to you directly from our returns center. Use this code at checkout and the amount of your refund will be deducted from your order.

Please be aware that this credit expires within 14 days. Once we receive your return back to our warehouse, we will refund any credit remaining to the original form of payment.
